"A fascination for the physiological aspect of art pushes me in the direction of the figure and the affect on viewers. The figure to me represents a look inside the mind. Stylistically combining that with imagery of landscape, or abstract notions, I create the scenes and stories. Ideas run strong in my works but color is often the voice. I strive to create a sense of mystery and surrealism.

"My goal is to create honestly and ask others to interpret for them selves the questions that lie in the paintings/drawings. These questions are different for everyone and that is what makes each person look at a piece of art differently. Paintings and drawings can be maps if you let them be.
