Tom of Finland Foundation (ToFF) is pleased to welcome the public to the second “Queering Wikipedia Editathon” at the Foundation’s Library.

Housing one of the most unique collections in Los Angeles, the library and archive is also making a name for itself at the forefront of digital participatory culture.[1] As information science and libraries are being reinvented in contemporary knowledge economies, ToFF's Library is inviting the public to become active participants.

The goal of the event is to facilitate and support uploading and editing of LGBT content on Wikipedia. Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM the library will make all content available as resources for uploading and editing Wikipedia articles. Experienced Wikipedia editors are currently being sought to volunteer to help others with the technical aspects.

Please email Katie Herzog if you would like to volunteer.
