Mathieu Laca homoerotic watercolours manifest the violence of desire that can inhabit a man, powerful enough to conquer the world. There's bodies swept away by the wave of desire, slaves of Eros. Bodies that make a point protrude, ejaculate, and pursue the pleasures that may experience among males. Sometimes the desire is solitary, the overflow of a being brimming with its own force spreading such a source that we dream inexhaustible. With brush strokes as vivid as the spurts of semen, Mathieu Laca painted intimate penetrations to fertilize the soul and offers to our eyes the pleasure that gives beauty with any pagan serenity of antiquity.
